Honoring Anne Dean’s Dedication and Service to The United Family SPIRIT

Surrounded by fellow team members, friends, and family, United Family team member Anne Dean was presented with a SPIRIT of Excellence Award from Albertsons Companies and United in September 2024.

She received this award because she continues to exemplify the company’s purpose and values by “inspiring others and making a positive impact on our company, our team, and our communities.” 

Anne Dean is a 17-year team member of the company and serves as a merchandiser at R.C. Taylor. Anne has built lasting friendships with fellow team members, store personnel, and partners. Store personnel and general merchandise business managers specifically ask for Anne, knowing that a question will be answered or an issue will be resolved. When it’s time to celebrate with fellow team members, Anne is the first to volunteer to help and will give her time and monetary funds to make the occasion memorable. It’s safe to say that Anne Dean lives out The United Family’s mission: to make a Positive Impact, deliver Superior Performance, and provide Ultimate Service.
