Celebrating Excellence: Five United Family Team Members Named 2026 Women of Influence

At The United Family, we know our greatest strength is our people, and today, we’re proud to celebrate five exceptional team members whose impact reaches far beyond their roles.

Each has been named a 2026 Woman of Influence in the Food Industry by The Shelby Report, an honor recognizing leaders who are shaping the future of grocery through innovation, service, and community engagement.

From store operations to talent development and behind-the-scenes logistics, these women represent the very best of what it means to serve our guests, support our teams, and strengthen our communities.

Abie Rampy

Abie Rampy, Director of Public Relations, helps bring The United Family story to life across 55 different communities. Her leadership spans communications, community partnerships and charitable efforts, ensuring our work and community outreach reflects who we are at our core.

From launching new communication platforms that connect us as a company to strengthening community partnerships across our regions, Abie’s impact is rooted in connecting with people—keeping both our communities and team members engaged and informed. Abie also serves on university task forces, nonprofit boards and school committees. And, she cofounded a major holiday event and helps lead programs that support children, families and hunger relief.

Amber Hook

Amber Hook, Director of Talent Management, plays a vital role in shaping the experience of more than 18,000 team members. From hiring and onboarding to engagement and culture, her work ensures our people feel supported every step of the way.

Her leadership during major initiatives, including system-wide transitions, reflects her commitment to guiding teams through change while keeping our culture strong. Outside of work, Amber serves in leadership roles with SHRM, Kairos Prison Ministry, Lubbock Impact and Ronald McDonald House Charities and volunteers through UCrew.

Crystal Dominguez

Crystal Dominguez, Store Director, leads the Muleshoe United Supermarkets with a hands-on approach that inspires both results and confidence.

Under her leadership, the store achieved its highest rating in nearly 30 years and saw strong sales growth. By developing her team and leading alongside them, Crystal fosters a culture of pride, ownership and shared success. She also serves on the Muleshoe Heritage Foundation board and the CTE Advisory Committee and supports groups such as Muleshoe Fine Art, athletic booster clubs, the local food bank and multiple charity events.

Marty George

Marty George, Store Director, brings 36 years of experience to her role in Roswell, New Mexico, where she has built a high-performing store deeply connected to its community.

Her passion for people shines through both her team development and guest engagement, creating an environment where guests feel welcome, and team members feel supported. Outside her store, she volunteers with organizations such as Loaves and Fishes, the Community Kitchen of Roswell, Keep Roswell Beautiful and the local food bank and has served on the United Way board since 2015.

Sabrina Fair

Sabrina Fair, Replenishment Manager, works behind the scenes to keep fresh departments across 100 stores stocked with quality products.

Her expertise in forecasting, coordination, and quality control ensures a seamless experience for both stores and guests. Even during complex system changes, her steady leadership keeps operations running smoothly. In the community, Sabrina has volunteered with Meals on Wheels for more than 25 years and is active in her church community. Her 26year career with The United Family reflects loyalty, excellence and a genuine commitment to serving others.

While their roles may look different day to day, these five leaders share a common purpose: serving others and making a meaningful difference.

Their recognition as Women of Influence reflects not only their professional achievements, but the way they lead with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to excellence. From supporting team members and delighting guests to giving back in their communities, their impact is felt across every corner of The United Family.

We are incredibly proud of Abie, Amber, Crystal, Marty and Sabrina! And we are grateful for the leadership they bring to our company every day.

Please join us in congratulating them on this well-deserved honor! 🎉
