Market Street’s Special Events Expo Inspires Guests

Market Street locations across Texas and New Mexico were buzzing on Sunday, March 29, as teams hosted the annual Special Events Expo. Designed to help guests plan life’s biggest moments, the expo showcased just how much Market Street can offer for weddings, baby showers, graduations, and more. 

Throughout the day, guests had the opportunity to sample dozens of items highlighting a variety of our special events offerings. From bakery favorites like cake and berry nutty breakfast bread to foodservice and market selections such as shrimp party trays, glazed cocktail sandwiches, and dill pickle dip, the expo brought our catering capabilities to life. 

Beyond the food, Market Street floral departments played a major role in the experience. Eye‑catching floral displays demonstrated everything from elegant bouquets to balloons and decorative accents, helping guests envision how our teams can elevate their celebrations from start to finish. 

“This expo is all about making our guests’ special moments easier and more memorable,” said Tony Crumpton, CMO for The United Family. “With wedding season, prom, and graduations right around the corner, we want to take care of the food, flowers, and desserts—so they can focus on spending time with the people who matter most.” 

The Special Events Expo not only gave guests inspiration, but also highlighted the collaboration, creativity, and service our teams bring to every celebration.
