Celebrating Supermarket Employee Appreciation Day with Our Golden Greeters
February 22 is Supermarket Employee Appreciation Day and The United Family is celebrating it’s team members.
Our 18,000+ team members serve guests across Texas and New Mexico while keeping our Mission at the heart of what they do. This year, we’re proud to connect this celebration with our Season’s Greetings engagement campaign and the Golden Greeter Awards.
Through a companywide nomination process across ACI divisions, team members recognized peers who exemplify Ultimate Service, Superior Performance, and Positive Impact. Store Directors and department heads selected a Golden Greeter for each store, regions selected their winners, and soon one Golden Greeter will be chosen to represent the United Division.
